Lightroom 6 & older
This guide will show you how to install presets from The Preset Bay into Lightroom 6 or older. Please make sure your Lightroom is up to date before installing Lightroom Presets. This guide works on both Windows and Mac devices.

Once your ZIP files has been downloaded, you will need to Unzip it first before importing the presets into Lightroom. You will find three folders within the downloaded file. we will be using the “Desktop (Lrtemplate” folder for this tutorial.

First we need to Launch the Lightroom application. Once opened, we will need to head over to the “Develop” Module (Usually located on the top right hand corner)

Once we are in the Develop Module, select “Develop” in the Top toolbar and within the dropdown menu select “Create New Preset Folder”. Type in the name of the Presets you are about to import and select “Create”.

The new preset group will now be under “Presets” on the left hand panel. Right Click on the newly created group and select “Import”.

Locate the Folder where you have downloaded the Presets in the Finder Window, and select the “Desktop (Lrtemplate)” folder. Select all the Lrtemplate files and select “Import”.

All your presets have now been imported and under the Folder you created. If you have purchased more than one bundle, repeat these steps for each set. You can now proceed and apply your new presets.
